Door Unlock

• Fixed the issues where doors sometimes could not be unlocked using authorized PINs or NFC cards. The issues include:
• Unlocking a door required multiple attempts to scan an NFC card or input a PIN.
• The reader didn’t respond to the NFC card scanning.
• The reader incorrectly indicated “Invalid card” when a user scanned an authorized NFC card. To solve this issue, please update your Access application to v1.6.8 or above and your Identity Enterprise Agent to v1.55.1 or above.
• Fixed the delayed response issue in the LED indicator, indication sound, and display when scanning an NFC card.
• Fixed the issue where the device's time couldn't sync the change between winter and summer time from the UniFi Console.
• Fixed the issue where admins encountered the “Admin Viewing Feed” error message, triggered by a camera falsely indicating occupancy, after a failed initial connection. This prevented them from remotely viewing live feeds in the Access application.

Device

• Reduced device overheating and lag when detection sensitivity is set to 2 meters.

Screen

• Removed admin settings and only allow management in the UniFi Access application and mobile app.
• The console name will no longer be displayed.

Bugfixes

• Fixed the issue where the device would be mistakenly shown as offline in the UniFi Access application.
• Fixed the issue where profile picture updates for UI accounts were not being synced properly to the device.

• Fixed the issue where either of the following occurred when doorbells were answered using the UniFi Access mobile app:
• The live view and remote door unlock features did not work.
• There was no sound in the live view.

UA Pro 2.4.199 has improved the connection speeds for remote view and remote call, allows users to reset their UA Pros by removing them from the UniFi Access application, and fixed issues associated with greetings messages and mobile access.
